The TPC Harry Moose is a semi-Private Golf Course located in Miami Florida. It is located on the eastern side of Miami with some of the property being on the Atlantic Ocean front.  Our Championship course offers a challenge to players of all abilities.  We also have a driving range, putting green. pitch and put course, and indoor driving nets.  There are three buildings on the property; Our Pro shop, Cart Barn, and Maintenance shed.

Our facility provides many benefits to the community.  This course provides a golf course that everyone can enjoy.  It is a scenic course that can be challenging from all tees.  We also have a banquet hall that can be used for special events.  By bringing in professional golf  events, the community will see a boost in its economy through increased tourism and corporate investments from sponsors. Additionally, our facility will help to improve the quality of life of local residents by providing more business opportunities and by promoting an active and healthy lifestyle. The TPC Harry Moose will also try to make it easier for children and those with disabilities to enjoy the game of golf. 

Our facility is mainly aimed at anyone who would like to start the game of golf and those who would like to improve their game. While that is our main focus, our facility can be used by any age group through the wide variety of recreation programs that we offer. We also will provide great programming for the whole family and families are highly encouraged to procure membership at our facility.

There are programs for everyone to enjoy.  We have Junior Camps and The First Tee program for children.  There are programs for people with disabilities.  We also have lessons for any age group with our Club Pro.  To promote families to come out to the course together, there are family nights with events geared toward families spending time together on the golf course.

Our facility will break ground in June 2011.  It was finished in December 2011. 

The marketing of our facility will be presented via TV and radio commercials,  flyers, and most importantly through word of mouth. With it being a Championship course with Professional events, there will also be natural marketing with the PGA tour and its affiliates.

In conclusion our overall summary of our facility will incorporate all of the following: Research, Program Planning, Schematics/CAD Rendering, ADA Plan, LEED Certification, Operating Budget, Human Resource Plan, Risk Management, and Marketing Products.
