Most Probable Risk: Injury
To prevent the risk of iunjury on the course and practice areas we will have highly trained staff, do staff training and awareness days that will keep staff updated on policies and procedures of the golf course. We will implement these days at least once a month or when new updates have been made. Polices in preventing risk include updating all policies and procedures with current employees, having training days prior to the beginning of the season in which employees will have to pass training written and demonstration activties. Also youth camps are highest for risk of injury, so at the beginning of each camp, staff will instruct campers of the appropriate behavoir and ways to reduce to the risk for injury. All staff will monitor the campers to insure that they are acting safely, if at any time risk may be high, staff will take the appropriate action by telling or removing the person responsible.
In case of risk or emergency staff will act as needed. People will be warned or other action such a removal can take place. As part of our procedure and policies each employee will asses the situation and take action as they see necessary. Also if injury occurs emergency telephone numbers are posted inside and each employee will have the numbers in their phones and will call personal or EMS if needed. Emergency plans such as storms when risk is high include a warning by sound and a ranger to instruct people to come inside or to report to lightening structures around the course. We take safety of individuals and our patrons very important and assure that safety is always first.
