Marketing of Disabled Programs
Marketing to people with disabilities is more than just using politically correct wording, its about heightening our customer confidence amongst consumers with disabilities by understanding their market and how to reach them. In order to successfully market our programs to those with a disability in our community, we have come up with multiple ways to reach out and let those with disabilities know that our programs exist through posters, brochures, newsletters and advertising through television and radio. By researching and analyzing the various types of disabilities within our community, it has allowed us maximize the amount of participants in our programs. If people with a disability feel that they cannot access a service or product, their families, coworkers and friends may not use it either especially if it is a joint experience such as golf. By effectively serving all customers, those with and without disabilities, TPC Harry Moose feels we can change public perception.
